[My Dear Brother’s R.O.M. ] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
I’d always wanted to do a photo session for my own family as if they are my client. I’d made it this time. It’s the R.O.M. of my dear brother – TeckHo and his wife SeowChing 🙂 Those who attended were family members and close friends. This is my first time shooting a R.O.M. It’s a relaxing and fun. Once again, congratulation to my dear brother! Stay tuned for my next post for their wedding day photos! More photos of their R.O.M. below. Enjoy! ~ Your Passionate Photographer ~ tecksiong tecksiong@jacphoto2u.com +6 O12 25O 93O3

[Wedding Diversity @ JAC …] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It’s now approaching the end of the third quarter. Looking back at the past quarters, it seems like JAC had been serving quite a few couples from other countries and different cultural backgrounds this year. From the West, we had couples from France, Italy & Britain. And from the South, we had couple from Australia. It took us a short while to get used to the different English slang, especially when the first conversation was normally through the phone, with the absence of body language. But we enjoyed very much the learning experience. Learning the wedding customs from different countries and different expectations on our work. From the nearby countries, we had couples from Indonesia & Singapore. Also not to forget our Malaysian couples with different cultural backgrounds! It was a great experience to withness some of the traditional wedding ceremony that we seldom see nowadays. Many couples often prefer a more simplified wedding ceremony. Hope you will enjoy this short compilation. If you are interested to view more, feel free to visit our wedding gallery. ~ Your Passionate Photographers ~ contactus@jacphoto2u.com

[Kee Ee & Wei Yee Slideshow Montage …] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It’s the slideshow montage I put together for Kee Ee & Wei Yee. I find that this is one of the most convenient and attractive way to present the highlight of the day. The couple can always carry the DVD with them and play it whenever there is a DVD player. As compared to the 600~800 photos, their friends might not have the patient & interest to view thru all of them. The photos in the slideshow were carefully selected to form a storyline of the day. The background music also play an interesting role to attract the viewers and lead the overall mood … Hope the couple and everyone would like this montage. ~ Your Passionate Wedding Photographer ~ tecksiong

[My Honour to Serve The Foo Family Again] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It was my honour to serve the Foo family. It was around 2 years ago when I covered the wedding of En, Ee’s brother.  This year, I was invited by Ee & Yee to cover their fun wedding. It was fun because Ee likes to act a lot and Yee has a very sweet smile. I believe one would agree with me by looking at the photo posted above here 😀 The whole B&W album is located here. To Ee & Yee, don’t worry, u will be getting ur color photos very soon. This B&W album is just my new attempt to present an actual-day wedding in B&W. Hope u will like this. ~ tecksiong ~

[First Video on Our Blog] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It was always very satisfying seeing the pictures taken with all the sweat eventually end up to be a complete product. This time, I am making my own pictures into a product. The feeling was funny yet very satisfying. One thing that I notice is that I actually look not bad in front of the camera 😀 I would like to thank all my members in JAC for taking all these pictures for me. It’s my honour to have all of you on my big day. Moreover, it normally would cost a bom to hire ALL photographers in JAC for just one event! Thank you guys! I hope u all had enjoyed yourselves that day. Hope my friends and family, especially those who could not make it to my wedding, would enjoy some of the highlights of the day. ~ tecksiong ~

[Beautiful Garden Wedding of Jun & Fui] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It’s wedding of my dear cousin sister, Jun and her husband Fui. I wasn’t the main photographer that day. Though I didn’t get to enjoy the ‘stress’ to capture all the ‘required’ shots, it was one of the wedding which I could enjoy shooting whatever and whenever I like. Moreover, it’s a beautiful garden wedding at Sheraton Subang. So, there’re plenty to shoot. Hope u will enjoy the rest of the photos in our gallery here. ~ tecksiong ~

[Chinese Traditional Wedding] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
A great experience of witnessing a full frame of Chinese Traditional Wedding held at the Peranakan Baba Nyonya Mansion, Penang. The event was graced and led by 2 experienced and passionate Baba Nyonya heritage enthusiasts – Michael and Lillian. Fully equiped from traditional attire to precise decorations of wedding room. The event started with putting on make up and hair buns and followed by dressing up for the wedding. The groom and his entourage set off with the bride’s sedan to greet the bride. Upon reaching the bride’s house the groom then hands over a ribbon to the bride and guided the bride to the sedan where they then set off to the groom’s residence. The entourage led by a group of trumpet blowers created an exciting moment. Adding on to the sound of trumpet, fire crackers were light up to welcome the bride. The groom and bride then head for the bedroom for the unveiling ceremony. This then followed by releasing the chicken ceremony where it is believed that the first chicken that comes out will determine the sex of their first born baby. This tradition has long lost and is not been implemented in today’s modern wedding. The […]
