[Malaysia Scout 100th Anniversary Cycling Event] Malaysia Event Photographer
I received a phone call from Abang Ho, a voice that I’d not heard for a long long time, inviting me to shoot for this exciting and memorable event. We started very early in the morning from the HQ of Malaysia Scout located near the Petaling Street, KL. Our destination was Port Dickson, 100KM away and there were 100 participants including the organisers. There was the official ceremony followed by the big group photo… The journey started right after that! There were marshals to take care of the dicipline and safety of the participants along the way. They are all experience cyclist who had done many expiditions like this. With such a large group of participants, the help from the police was crucial, especially the path to leave the city. The jouney was getting more and more challenging especially the route which they called “Mantin Challenge”. It’s a route near the small town called “Mantin” which is steep, crooked and stretch for some distance. There were some minor accidents along the way but they managed to overcome all of them. Everything was under control with the presence of all the experts. Don’t forget the photographer was one of the expert […]

[My Honour to Serve The Foo Family Again] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It was my honour to serve the Foo family. It was around 2 years ago when I covered the wedding of En, Ee’s brother.  This year, I was invited by Ee & Yee to cover their fun wedding. It was fun because Ee likes to act a lot and Yee has a very sweet smile. I believe one would agree with me by looking at the photo posted above here 😀 The whole B&W album is located here. To Ee & Yee, don’t worry, u will be getting ur color photos very soon. This B&W album is just my new attempt to present an actual-day wedding in B&W. Hope u will like this. ~ tecksiong ~

[First Video on Our Blog] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It was always very satisfying seeing the pictures taken with all the sweat eventually end up to be a complete product. This time, I am making my own pictures into a product. The feeling was funny yet very satisfying. One thing that I notice is that I actually look not bad in front of the camera 😀 I would like to thank all my members in JAC for taking all these pictures for me. It’s my honour to have all of you on my big day. Moreover, it normally would cost a bom to hire ALL photographers in JAC for just one event! Thank you guys! I hope u all had enjoyed yourselves that day. Hope my friends and family, especially those who could not make it to my wedding, would enjoy some of the highlights of the day. ~ tecksiong ~

[Beautiful Garden Wedding of Jun & Fui] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It’s wedding of my dear cousin sister, Jun and her husband Fui. I wasn’t the main photographer that day. Though I didn’t get to enjoy the ‘stress’ to capture all the ‘required’ shots, it was one of the wedding which I could enjoy shooting whatever and whenever I like. Moreover, it’s a beautiful garden wedding at Sheraton Subang. So, there’re plenty to shoot. Hope u will enjoy the rest of the photos in our gallery here. ~ tecksiong ~

[Multi-culture Wedding In One Day] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
It was an exciting wedding of Joe & Ling. We went thru the Christian, Chinese & Indian culture in one day. Let me walk thru the day with u using my pictures…. We started the exciting day with the fun games prepared by the bridesmaids for Joe ….. Luckily, Joe brought along his “professional” advisor ….. And Joe successfully met the bride! We then headed to the St. Anne’s Church at Bukit Mertajam for the wedding ceremony ….. It’s a beautiful church with great architecture ….. and most important, my favourite light thru the glass at the ceiling ….. We had some fun group photos at the church before the party headed to the hall for the Indian style luncheon reception ….. The day carried on with the blessing ceremony at Joe’s house. It’s a mixture of Christian & Indian culture ….. We had a short rest before Ling put on her QiPao for Chinese Tea Ceremony ….. Everything went on per planned. The Chinese style dinner reception began right after the tea ceremony ….. Ling took more than 45min to put on this lovely Saree with the help from 4 aunts 🙂 She looked gorgeous! Hope u enjoyed the day […]

[Indian Traditional Wedding …] Malaysia Wedding Photographer
Another moment to remember, the wedding of Jay and Rema. A wonderful couple since the first day I met them at the Greenlane McDonalds. I could see so much love being shared between this couple. With the commitment of love from Jay with his arm tattooed “JayRema” to denote their love is forever. After speaking to them and showed them our profile, they immediately booked our service to capture their wedding moments. Since then I started to engage with their wedding planner to ensure the lighting in the hall will not impact the photography and making early arrangement of agenda to start from the Bride’s side and to the wedding hall – all the way to Lone Pine Hotel for the reception. The ever cheerful Rema is filled with surprises from an engineer by profession, she can also sing very well. A cheerful and ever happy bride made the groom complete. It’s an utmost pleasure to capture this wedding. The wedding is a traditional indian cultural with a twist of garden reception. An amazing blend of the 21st century without losing the traditional culture. Photographers: Christopher & tecksiong Your Passionate Photographer ~ Christopher ~
