“Thank you JAC Photography….we love all the shots…!!! Fantastic job and great company….” – Nurul thru Facebook.
Kent & Kelly, my good old schoolmates, stop-by Penang to visit us and some relatives. It was great to have them staying over at my place. We managed to catch-up a lot, chit-chatting until late at night. And the babies enjoyed interacting with each other too… I wanted to have a photo session with Cheng Jun as a gift before they leave. But due to their tight schedule, we only managed to squeeze out 2 hours before their departure back to Singapore for this quick photo session. With the limited time and limited preparation, this is what I got. Preparing the baby, snapping the photos, plus post processing, had only taken us not more than 2 hours. It was the fastest delivery I ever made for baby portraiture! I wish we could have enough time to include the handsome daddy & pretty mommy as well. Looking forward for their next visit to Penang. ~ Your Passionate Photographer ~ tecksiong +6 O12 25O 93O3 firstname.lastname@example.org
I still remember when I first bought my Nikon D70 many years ago, I invited Andrew and his family out for a portrait session. That was my very first family portrait session. I really want to thank Andrew & LaiLin for giving me the chance to test out my gears as well as my immature skill. I was still learning how to control my exposure at that time. Check out this one out of only a few presentable photo taken that day. It was a fun session. It triggered my passion to further explore on family, baby & kids portraitures… Few years later, I received a request from Andrew’s father for his family portraiture. I am so glad that Uncle likes my work. We exchanged a few emails discussing about the theme and location. Finally, Uncle decided on E&O Hotel, while I advised them to go for the simplest white+jeans theme. Apparently, Uncle reserved a place in Sarkies Corner, a very popular buffet restaurant in Penang, located inside E&O Hotel. It’s one of my favorite restaurant! I was very happy that he invited me & my family to join. We had a fun photo session followed by a very full & delicious […]
There was one evening I received an enquiry from Daryl. He told me his family will be flying in from Australia to visit some relatives and he would like to engage me to take a family portraiture with his baby. Even though this is not the first time I am serving clients from overseas, I still felt very excited & honored, that my work is appreciated by clients from other countries. I wish to thank Daryl & Pheony for their trust and patients starting since our cross-country discussion and throughout the photo session (despite the humid weather). I enjoyed myself a lot that morning and I hope u all did too. Checkout some of the exciting shots we made that morning! ~ Your Passionate Photographer ~ tecksiong +6 O12 25O 93O3 email@example.com
I enjoyed photographing Xuan Xuan last time at The Curve. She was walking around in the crowd alone while I was photographing her. But that was limited in an open-air compound. This time, I employed the same concept but challenged myself with a more dynamic environment. I brought my daughter to IKEA. I let her walked around, literally the whole store, and explored by herself while I was photographing her. The light was constantly changing. I had to adjust my exposure settings very quickly. Not a single strobe was used. Every shot was captured with any available light. I had to be light and agile, that’s why the whole session was done with only one lens – 35mm. And the result? I am satisfy What do you think? Do share with me. Thanks for viewing! ~ Your Passionate Photographer ~ tecksiong | O12-25O93O3 firstname.lastname@example.org
“We’ve been looking at the photos and slide show over and over again. =) And all we can say, we LOVE JAC!! Love the photos, love the service! There is nothing negative we can say about you and Soon Khong, really! The best thing about you guys is your service and attitude that started the first time I met you. You were polite, flexible, willing to work with me, keen on following up and very patient. We would definitely recommend you to others! Thanks!” – Zhia Zhia&Kelvin
It’s always challenging when there are more than one kids in one photo session. For the past few sessions like the one with SzeRu & SzeJin, Keerrthigha & Keerrthini and Evelyn & Eunice, at least one of each pairs is a girl. This session with Ethan & Elliot is the first time I have 2 boys at once. Boys are usually more aggressive. Luckily, I have Ethan, a calm, polite and caring elder brother. He performed most of the pose I requested, almost precisely what I had in mind. Furthermore, he takes good care of his younger brother, Elliot, throughout the session. It turned out to be a great session that day. I had a lot of fun and I am sure Ethan & Elliot too were enjoying too. Your Passionate Kids Photographer ~ tecksiong ~ +6 O12 25O 93O3 email@example.com
Time really flies. It was about 2 years ago when Jonathan photographed the wedding day of Vishnu & Priya. And now, I’d photographed Keerthana’s 1st birthday, Vishnu’s & Priya’s little princess. I would like to thank Vishnu & Priya for their trust for JAC. Presenting to you, some of the highlight of the party made into a brief slideshow, my last assignment of the year 2010! Enjoy! ~ Your Passionate Photographer ~ firstname.lastname@example.org | O12-25O93O3
